Our pack walks put your dogs obedience, engagement and calm behaviour to work in genuine enviroments alongside an approved group of dogs and owners.
From quiet, accessible routes to busy towns and off lead coastal walks, every level gives you a new opportunity to train beyond the familiar.
From 30-90 Minutes | £12.50 Per Walk | Locations Across East Sussex and Kent.

Neutrality classes focus heavily on drills around other dogs. On the pack walk, the biggest distraction is often the world around you.
We might visit a marina, town centre, rural pastures or urban busy locations. The group then navigates that environment together while owners practise calm handling and useful obedience.
Depending on the route, a walk might include:
- Calm on lead movement around other dogs, people and public.
- Settling in public places, including coffee stops etc.
- Obedience around environmental distractions.
- Short neutrality exercises.
- Passing people, animals, traffic or busy areas appropriately.
- Recall and off lead work for selected level three walks.
-Learning how to advocate for your dog and make sensible decisions in public.
Pack walks are not just dog meet ups and uncontrolled social events. The dogs are there to walk, train and experience the environment without turning the group into a free for all.

Level one pack walks are usually around 30 minutes and take place on flatter, quieter routes.
These are particularly suitable for young puppies, older dogs, or dogs and people with reduced mobility.

Level two pack walks are the core SK9A pack walk. These walks are completely on lead and typically last between 60 to 90 minutes.
Locations may include towns, cities, marinas, country side routes and urban areas.

Level three pack walks are the pinnacle, and are reserved for dog and owner teams that have demonstrated strong neutrality, engagement and recall around distractions.
A level three walk may be a demanding on lead walk with high distractions or a suitable off lead group walk where reliable recall is essential.
Off lead does not mean no rules

Off lead does not mean no rules. These walks are still an organised training experience.
Pack walks are exclusively for current SK9A clients and approved graduates.
Completing training does not create automatic access. SK9A must be satisfied that the dog and owner are ready for a group environment and will assign the appropriate pack walk level.
Some training programmes include a set number of pack walks and neutrality classes. Once included sessions have been used, Pack walks are currently only £12.50.
Approved members are added to the announcement only what’s app group. This is where SK9A publishes upcoming classes and booking links.
Consistency keeps your place.
The group exists for owners who continue to train, not those who complete a programme, vanish and return months later expecting to walk straight into group settings.
SK9A must see you at an eligible group activity at least once every two months. If you allow a longer gap, Your access will be removed.
Places are limited and in high demand. We would rather give them to owners who consistently show up, maintain their dogs training and contribute positively to the group and SK9A Community.
